Following is a list of Probascos that served in World War II which I have found in my research. If you have a Probasco relative who served in World War II and do not see them on this list, please email me with their information and I will be glad to add it to this list.

WWII Vet. Died 9 Jan 1945. He was inducted from New Jersey and served as Tech 4 in the 696th Armored Field Artillery Battalion. He has a monument at Luxembourg and received a Purple Heart.

Enlisted in the U.S. Navy Jan. 20, 1943, and after graduating from the U.S. Navy School of Music, served as a Musician 2nd class at various submarine bases, including Guam and Hawaii. He was aboard the U.S.S. Litchfield, U.S.S. Proteus, U.S.S. Fulton and U.S.S. Sperry, and was honorably discharged from the USN Receiving Station, Brooklyn, NY on June 16, 1949.
